Hi there, i reached India safely. And after a long pause i started doing some exercises i had learnt.
Today i picked up 3 sets of 10 each (snatch pulls + sit ups + american swings). I had to make a few make shift arrangement in my Gym (its a regular gym) so i picked up a 45 Lbs dumbell instead of a Kettle.
Can you please help me with some modifications, i can do in my gym?
