The Paleo Diet

At CrossFit Avon, we’re not just about giving you awesome workouts. We want you to improve all areas of your health.

Nutrition should be the foundations of your health and we teach a natural, hunter gatherer diet to our members. The diet is called “The Paleo Diet” and you can find out all about it by watching the lectures below, which we recorded for our Paleo Challenge in December 2010.
