A) 15 minute to establish 1RM of the following complex (Squat Clean, Hang Clean, Front Squat, STOH)
B) “Death by Burpee Bar Hops”
1st minute: 3 Burpees
2nd minute: 6 Burpees
Then 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27
10th minute: Max Burpees
10 second rest between working minutes
SCORE IS TOTAL BURPEES
