Wednesday 2nd January – WOD results

“DWF12 – WOD 5”
Teams of 4 (2 Men and 2 Women?) with one person working
2 rounds for time (30 min time cap):
80 Hang Squat Snatch (60/40kg)
60 Toes 2 Bar
4 DWF Gasser (1 each)
For gasser – Set up cones 5m apart. Run to cone, do 5 down and ups. Run backwards to first cone. Repeat 3 times, adding an extra run back and forth between each set of down and ups (final one 4 runs fwd and bwd before D&Us).
