CrossFit Training in Bristol – Group Fitness Classes, using Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebell Training, Gymnastics and Aerobic Exercises, combined in constantly varied workouts

“Death By Burpee Runs”

1st Minute: 1 Burpee, Run 80m

2nd Minute: 2 Burpees, Run 80m

3rd Minute: 3 Burpees, Run 80m etc.

20 minutes.  Score is rounds completed within their own minute, plus extra rounds completed in remaining time.
