We introduced the award last year to recognise the extraordinary achievements and efforts of our individual members.
The Spirit of CrossFit Avon award recognises: Courage, Determination, Perseverance, Enthusiasm and Teamwork.
The winners of the award receive an exclusive edition of our T-shirt.
