A) Farmers Carry: 4x 200m (w.2 min. rests)
Increase weight per walk, if possible
B) 4 rounds of 2 minutes for Reps:
Run 200m, then Max STOH (50/35kg)
in remaining time.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
